Destinations and shipping charges

We deliver to the destinations available at checkout. Enter your delivery address to see the available delivery methods, shipping charges and order total before you pay. Free shipping from €100 applies where the eligible free-shipping method is offered at checkout. For orders in another currency, the applicable threshold and charges are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

We dispatch orders within 3 working days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–5 working days within Spain and 7–18 working days to other European destinations. Dispatch time is additional to the delivery estimate. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. For other destinations, contact help@biovenebarcelona.com before ordering. We will deliver by the deadline agreed for your order or, if no other deadline is agreed, without undue delay and within 30 days, as required by applicable consumer law. Your statutory remedies for late delivery remain available.

Please check your delivery address before ordering. If you need to change it, email help@biovenebarcelona.com promptly. We will assess whether a change is still possible.

Late, missing or damaged deliveries

If your order is late, missing or arrives damaged, contact help@biovenebarcelona.com with your order reference. We will investigate and provide the applicable resolution. For delivery we arrange, risk remains with us until you or your nominated recipient, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. A different rule may apply if you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer.
